Neenah Dairy Queen resides at 450 S. Commercial Street, Downtown Neenah. This building was constructed 1950. The first owner of the building was Albert Matthias. The building was built by Dairy Queen designers. The building has a mansur roof, wood frame, front mortar. In 1968, they added a new sign to the building. In 1974, they completely remodeled the building.
Associated Bank 100 W Wisconsin Ave Neenah, WI 54956. Shiells and Smith founded the First National Bank of Neenah in Weeden Hotel, September 1, 1861. In 1863, the bank moved locations from Weeden Hotel to Pettibone Block. A fire broke out in 1883, destroying the building.

However, this building was not always used for making delicious pad thai and rice paddies. Built in 1952, this building was used by countless people over the course of many years for different purposes.
