Educates parents, children, community, and school staff about safe walking, biking, and driving around schools. Promotes safe walking, biking, carpooling, and riding the bus to school to reduce traffic. Enforces safe driving, walking, and biking through a partnership with law enforcement.

This is the first year for Safe Routes to School in EPISD. At Dowell we have one walk to school per month. We also have continuous safety training and education through the P.
