The Website also said " He has it quite agressively and his condition has deteriorated very quickly over the last year and a half. James is totaly wheelchair bound and is unable to do anything. He can not use his arms, hands or legs. He is dependant on us for everything. We have now found a product which will help him to communicate with us. It is called the Tobii C12."
