Mendoza is a great place if you like cities, good food and wine. Alas, we only had two days before we had to head back over the border to Chile to catch our flight back to Ecuador to catch our flight back to Canada. One of the reasons we stayed in Argentina. Mendoza is also famous for olive oil. The drama mounted as we returned to Santiago and tried to collect our renewed visas from the Ecuadorian consulate.
