Friday, April 16, 2010. Where did my 3 months go? While I am sad to be leaving, I am also so excited that my parents are here! These next two weeks are going to be so much fun. Mom and Dad are here and I am all done with classes and thus no more STUDYING until fall! Stay tuned for two weeks of travel with the Spratts in Italy! Friday, June 17, 2011. Today we had a lunch for 30 people. I only got two of the courses. The first one was a deep fried squash flower on top of a little mixed greens, and a sauce that tasted like tomato soup with garlic infused milk mixed with it. The second course was seafood. It has mussels, clams, squid, and shrimp. Well thats all for now! Nothing too exciting has been going on.
