A nearly month-long adventure cross-country in an RV with our mutt, Howard. Thursday, October 6, 2011. Day 2, 3 and 4. Day two was filled with an early start through Shenandoah, heading north up Skyline Drive. Many stops at overlooks, with beautiful vistas everyone should try to see at least once in a lifetime, preferably during fall when the leaves turn bright hues of red, orange, yellow and brown while some remain green.
