Students at McGuire receive music instruction twice a week during the school year. Our program here is influenced by the Orff-Schulwerk philosophy of music education. By experiencing developmentally appropriate activities which include moving, singing, instrument playing, drama, story telling, and improvising our students become actively involved in the creative process of the performing arts.
