In college I took a couple classes on the subject. Also, equal portions might not be the only way to divide fairly; for example, one person might like different toppings.
Being a preacher is an interesting position within the church. The definition for preacher within the church is multifaceted. The role is in a state of flux. The paradox within ministry is perhaps one of the leading causes of burnout within ministry. The constant state of tension causes ministers to struggle. People typically enjoy defined roles, but in ministry, defining the role of the preacher is a difficult and taxing process.
