I am a graduate of Burlington - DesLacs High School. I attended college at Minot State University. My degree is a BS in Elementary Education 1-8 with a Reading Concentration and Title 1 Certification. I have taught in the Burlington - DesLacs School system for the past 32 years. I taught Second Grade for twenty one years, Third Grade one year and this is my tenth year teaching Title 1. I was a long- time member of the Sports Boosters and still enjoy attending sporting events to watch the mighty Lakers.

All I Really Need To Know I Learned in Kindergarten. Most of what I really need to know about how to live. And what to do and how to be I learned in kindergarten. Wisdom was not at the top of the graduate school mountain, but there in the sand pile at Sunday school. Put things back where you found them. Clean up your own mess. Wash your hands before you eat. Take a nap every afternoon.
