Monday, December 11, 2017. Seesaw has become my best friend as an educator! The students worked so well together. This video is of Country Mouse City Mouse. Students has a blast learning how to use Green Screen with props to create this fable. There was two groups working on fables with Readers Theater. The second group did The Fox and The Crow. Below you will see the short movie. I think for our first time being movie makers, we did a fabulous job! The students really enjoyed getting to create them.
Tuesday, January 4, 2011. We did a great job preforming our Christmas Cookie play. We practiced for several weeks and were able to memorize our lines perfectly. We even made cookies for our audience! We had so much fun in the month of December and we learned a lot too. We studied children around the word. And a manger scene for Italy. We learned that the pods for chocolate grow in Africa. Historical fiction is a kind of realistic fiction based on a historical period or event. It may portray real people in invented situations or invented people in historical situations. The time and place of the setting are portrayed authentically. More information about this project can be found on our class website.
