Before we left for break, sixth graders created either a Google slide show project or a scrapbook highlighting the American Industrial Revolution, and some of the inventions and inventors of that time. Some students even dressed up as a specific inventor! We saw Cyrus McCormick, John Deere, Zeppelin, and the Wright Brothers. The Friday before break, students shared their presentations with each other, and even some staff members stopped by! December 18, 2016.

I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas break! My family and I had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed our time off together. Before Christmas break, we had an incredibly busy week! The kids did such a great job at our Christmas Concert. We had so much fun at our classroom Christmas party. Thanks to all the helpers who came in or sent in games and food! We really appreciate it.
