South Texas Guinea Pig Rescue. The South Texas Guinea Pig Rescue is still in its infancy. We are not currently taking in any homeless guinea pigs, as we do not yet have the facilities. In the meantime, we have devoted our efforts to fundraising in order to establish our shelter. We currently offer guinea pig grooming, boarding, and custom cage building for picky piggy parents in and around. All proceeds made will benefit the rescue.
