One of my favorite memories of childbirth in Japan was a postpartum aromatherapy massage. I had a c-section and in Japan, the hospital clinic insisted that I recuperate for a week. She lives even further north than we do and was wondering how her lavender would fare the winter weather. I commented to her that my lavender survived several brutal Maryland winters, so hopefully she will have the same good fortune.

Finally- reaching a Sephora! I was overwhelmed by the whole thing, but I was most impressed by the nail bar. I also passed by an Inglot and had an amazing time there. I have never seen such an impressive nail polish stand in my life. Was astounded, one at how much there was, two at how cheap it was in comparison. More nail polish- all gorgeous and color coded.
