61st Reconnaissance Regiment Staff list Feb 1944. Tactical Employment of Armoured car and Reconnaissance Regiments. We are the 61st Reconnaissance Regiment Living History Group, part of the Northern World War 2 Association 50th Division. Our portrayal of the 61st Recce is to show what they and other Reconnaissance units did at the forefront of most of the fighting in Europe from D Day to the Ardennes. Email recieved from Bob Ashton.

The 699th Battalion Field Hospital Re-enactment group. We portray the Soviet 699th Battalion Field Hospital Unit attached to the 308th Rifle Division who they served with from Stalingrad to Berlin. We are a family friendly re-enactment group mainly based in the north of England. We are part of the Northern World War 2 Association through which we have public liability insurance.
