On Christmas Eve I went to a skating rink. When we got back Dad made turkey and it was so delicious. Then it was time for bed. We put a cookie out for Santa. It was fun! So we went to sleep. In the morning I was so excited. It was fun and we had a delicious meal there and it was almost midnight. It was fun! We said is it midnight? Then we said Happy New Year.

It was so cold out that we spent a lot of time inside. I helped decorate the tree and when we were done it looked nice. I handed out presents and one was huge. I had hot chocolate after playing outside. I spent time with my family when opening presents. I blew the horns of the new year. It was so much fun inside. I got a new dog over the break.
