Mr Hogan has been teaching Physical Education for 18 years in the Waterloo School District. He also coaches JH boys track. Hogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Science degree in Education from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
