Room 14 St Albans School 2015. The children have worked so hard to complete their costume design for their dolls. I am so proud of the end result - the dolls really do reflect the initial plans and the end result is wonderful. Thanks to Debbi who has overseen a lot of the painting for this task. This week is maths week. We had a fun start to Maths Week because Room 13 had a problem with their heat pump today so their room was too cold to work in - this was awesome for us because Room 13 joined us! We the.
And all our amazing learning so far. After weeks of practising at home we had our class poetry competition. All the students remembered their lines and were able to stand in front of our guest judge Jeanie and say their poem. Everyone did a wonderful job using clear voices, expression and some gestures. Well done to Emily, Evie and Keegan for being our our class winners. Watch the video below and help us learn all the words! He also came into our class and wrote some poems with us.
What a busy week! No week at St Albans School is ever the same! We started the week with a poetry show and ended it with a poetry competition, discovery, Wheelie Day AND assembly. Phew! I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend. Exas and Luca atop their creation. Believe it or not, this was the first time Miss Whyte had made icing! Jack and Sam enjoying Wheelie Day.
