Martin and Doris Rosen established the Rosen Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition in 1987. For the past 28 years, this nationally recognized competition has served as a highlight and point of pride for Appalachian State Universityâ s summer arts festival, An Appalachian Summer Festival.
