Welcome to Second Grade! The new second grade class has settled in and is looking forward to an exciting year. We will be spending much of the year preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion. The class is eager to learn cursive writing, adding and subtracting larger numbers, and becoming better readers. Our English lessons will focus on the four types of sentences, captitals, and ending punctuation. We will be writing personal narratives during our first unit work.

This has been a very busy year. We have had many activities to benifit others, especially Love INC. We have donated money, and hygiene products with our Socks of Love. We have donated to the Red Cross for Napal. Our Ambassadors have adopted a family at Christmas, and have visited Pine Brook to spend time with the residents.
