It is January 3rd, and my New Years Resolution was pretty clear. As far as diets go, I am eating fairly similarly to the last time I did this, except breakfasts are more on-the-go. As a result, I have been drinking fruit-protein smoothies for breakfast as opposed to cooking an egg scramble.
