Brookfield, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Our class has been lucky enough to have two terms with our wonderful yoga teacher Patricia Cremin. Yoga has been useful for helping us to feel calm, centred and ready to focus on our work. At the end of our last session Patricia showed us how to lie down in these caterpillar shapes.
