Monday, September 8, 2014. Canoeing the Bowron Lake Circuit. Late in his life my father-in-law, Don Brown, got hooked on canoeing. His favorite trip became the Bowron Lake Circuit. He paddled the 72 mile circuit three times, his last when he was a rugged 71 years old. He left a legacy of photos, tattered maps and stories and always encouraged us to make the trip. Don Brown would have been pleased. What is the Bowron Lake Circuit? The circuit is open to any human powered vesse.
