A daily list of five things that make me happy. Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Yesterday we dropped the boys off at the YMCA after school and we were able to go on a 13 mile bike ride. It seemed easy at the time but this morning my legs are a bit sore. 2 Easy transition to Kindergarten. I am so happy that the boys were accepted into Forest Glen. I wish that I had this opportunity when I was entering school. Soon they will be speaking fluent spanish.
These are a super healthy and yummy dinner idea and so fast and easy to make! I double the recipe to feed our family of five and it is plenty enough for us. We just serve ours in wraps or pita bread with lettuce, tomato, finely grated carrot, garlic sauce and hummus dip. It is delicious, healthy, fast and easy! Definitely a go to recipe for busy people! .
