2017 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. The Chap Band has been invited to participate in the 2017 Tournament of Roses Parade! This will be the second trip to the Rose Parade for the Chap Band. The first one was in 2003. Typically, the Tournament of Roses invites only one band from Texas each year.

TLC is a by choice program offered to 11th and 12th grade WHS students who would benefit from an alternative educational experience. The Learning Center is committed to ensuring that all students are valued and respected. Our focus is to provide an inclusive community that challenges our students to think critically, be creative, communicate effectively, and grow personally. In small class settings, students are encouraged to become lifelong learners while earning an accredited high school diploma.
