Windsor Wildcats Blog

Monday, June 8, 2015. What a very, very busy morning we had here at school. We dedicated our new Little Free Library. And it is already filled with books! Please enjoy them over the summer. Take one, add one, etc. It is a great way to read and not purchase books! We watched a field day video and the entire staff sang a song to the students to the tune of Ho, Hey by the Lumineers. A message you will take.

Observations and the occasional provocation of an urban runner. Like the Rule, probably best forgotten. Tuesday, August 25, 2009. For that time, my world was reduced to just the crunch-crunch of my feet on the grass, bayou scrubbrush. Tinged violet-gray by the dimming light, and a mauve sunset deepening into a dark, glittering skyline. And all was right within it. And more importantly, why? Things I learned in third grade.
