Kerwin was from Menasha but served in Neenah as City Clerk and City Attorney. In 1904, he was elected to State Supreme Court for first two terms.
Back to Doty Island Hub. Originally built with brick, modernized to include plaster. More additions were made in 1920, this time including a garage.
